The Arquillian @OperateOnDeployment doesn't always run the test on the correct container

    Description

      When a non-client, not annotated with @RunAsClient, test is annotated with @OperateOnContainer and the jmx protocol is used the test may not run in the correct deployment. The workaround is to use the Servlet 3.0 protocol.
