Add trace logging to help diagnose issues with calls to discovery

Enable trace logging for calls to discovery. Ideally, for each discovery call, we would like to know:

• at the start of the discovery request, the values of the ServiceType and FlterSpec parameters supplied by the caller
• the completion of the discovery request, the set of ServiceURLs discovered and problems encountered

The DiscoveryResult object instance identifier is used to link the two messages.
