Expose MANIFEST.MF deployments metadata in DMR

    Description

      This is a request to expose metadata contained in META-INF/MANIFEST.MF though DMR at least for deployments.

      For management we wish we could read the version of a deployed artifact if this was filled-in in the WAR/EAR(/JAR?)
