Convert testsuite provisioning from galleon-maven-plugin to wildfly-maven-plugin

    Description

      Step one of the WFCORE-6611 'epic'.

      The wildfly-maven-plugin supports configuring channels when provisioning, so use it instead of the galleon-maven-plugin.

      Besides the channel benefit, the wildfly-maven-plugin is the one we general steer users toward, so testing with it is good.
