Decorator @Delegate injection points cause unsatisfied and ambiguous dependencies

    Description

      A decorator delegate injection point should not be validated for unsatisfied or ambiguous dependencies. Currently Weld fails at startup when a decorator applies to either 0 or more than 1 bean. Which makes decorators useless

          Bug - A problem that impairs or prevents the functions of the product. WELD-33 Support @Any delegate injection points being able to automatically inject the bean being decorated, not doing a general lookup
