CDI 4.1 adds standardized means to retrieve interceptor bindings from InvocationContext; see https://github.com/jakartaee/cdi/issues/592.
This is something that Weld previously supported with our own API (WeldInvocationContext).
We should therefore deprecate any existing APIs and move to what the specification provides.

This requires changes in both API and core repos.
Further changes might be needed in documentation.
