BeanManager.getInjectableReferences() must handle delegates

    Description

      According to 11.3.2: If the InjectionPoint represents a decorator delegate injection point, getInjectableReference() returns a delegate, as defined in Section 8.1.2, "Decorator delegate injection points".

      This is currently not the case.
