Identifier of a producer method does not include the ID of the corresponding BeanManager

Note that the change of the producer method identifier is not backward compatible (passivation, clustering, etc.). On the other hand, all other identifiers already include the ID of the corresponding BeanManager which is not under the control of Weld anyway.
