Explore the possibilities of reusing the default HTML client for JMX

Ideas:

• Try http://www.jolokia.org/ - this would probably require a special adapter layer in the default client
• Implement a REST/JMX adapter, probably a single jar with embedded servlet container
• Access JMX directly from JavaScript - I'm not sure there is a stable JMX client available though, maybe https://www.npmjs.com/package/jmx
