Description
When a Weld build is staged and before the artifacts are pushed live it is not possible to build Weld.
The error is:

Fix this by upgrading the shade plugin to http://search.maven.org/#artifactdetails%7Corg.apache.maven.plugins%7Cmaven-shade-plugin%7C2.0%7Cmaven-plugin
