Add dependency on Elasticsearch Operator CRD in the Jaeger operator's CSV.

Is this something we only want in the product operator? Or upstream operatorhub aswell - both k8s and openshift?

cc jpkrohling_jira ploffay - wondering whether this dependency is just something we want for openshift - which either means in the upstream operatorhub (openshift) operators + product, or could just be product. Mainly as elasticsearch operator is not available in community operators (k8s), so would cause problems resolving.
