This task removes manual regression test -> API providers can create internal pages in the developer portal.  

Current test case:

• Go to a developer portal
• Create a new section (non-public)
• Create a new page in the section
• Go to dev portal groups
• Create a new group
• Update group - add allowed sections 
• Go to accounts
• Add some account to a group
• Go to a dev portal
• Log in with a user that is not in the group
• Go to the internal page - see 404
• Logout
• Log in with a user that is in the group
• Go to internal page - see ok
