install 3scale operator

create APIManager object with monitoring>enabled:true

Create Prometheus* and Grafana objects as described in documentation

In prometheus Status > Targets There are 4 endpoints for serviceMonitor/NS/threescale-operator-controller-manager-metrics-monitor/0 two of them with label job="grafana-operator-controller-manager-metrics-service"
