When a transaction for a specific invoice failed, the Consumer is invited to log in to the Developer portal and follow the steps to identify the failed invoice and retry the payment.

On the screen where the Consumer is invited to add new credit card details in order to retry the payment, we are currently displaying a form injected from the payment provider (eg. Stripe), with a style that is:

1. different from the rest of the UI elements
2. confusing about what are the input fields where new credit card details can be entered

We should therefore re-style the form using existing styles for input fields, eg:
