      1. Create service
      2. Go to edit integration page
      3. Add policy to policy chain (e.g. JWT claim check policy)
      4. Fill only error message (screenshot)
      5. Click on Update Policy
      6. Click on Update & test in Staging Environment
      7. Policy chain disappears

      When a partially filled policy is saved and the service is updated & tested, the policy chain won't show any policy.
