SSO integration - Unable to logout and to delete the SSO session

I set up RH-SSO with the admin portal of 3scale as documented in [1].
However, when logging out of the admin portal, it doesn't delete the SSO session and I don't find the documentation to set up the logout URL.

Answer from vramosp:
"This has come up in the past but we never really got to implement this. In other words, it's not possible to automate the logout (only manually from RHSSO).
Feel free to open an issue so we can address this."

I configured developer portal as documented in [2] . Logging out of developer portal doesn't delete the SSO session either - from rhn-support-cvajjhal
