Description
When configuring a policy chain for APIcast, sometimes the request fails because the order of the policies is not the correct one, and users have no way of knowing what's going on (apart from reading the documentation).
In order to improve this experience, we could show APIcast errors when the order of the policies is not correct.
At the very least, we could include these in the logs and in the policy schema.
In the future, system could render these errors in the UI.
