The current Tenant Create API (via the /master/api/providers.xml endpoint) appears to only allow creation of a new tenant by specifying an org name, username, email and password of the tenant admin. This endpoint works well when creating a tenant whose Admin Portal is not to be secured by an external identity provider.

For my use case, RH-SSO is to be used to secure the Admin Portals of all of my tenants. I'm requesting that the master API be extended to allow for tenant creation by specifying SSO Provider, SSO Client / secret and the realm URL.
