1. Configure URL rewriting policy before APIcast

• update policy and the staging environment
• perform a request => works as expected

2. Configure a 2nd URL rewriting policy after APIcast

• Sometimes the 2nd URL rewriting policy shows as a copy of the first one. Also, when deleting/editing the fields from the 2nd URL rewriting policy, the 1st URL rewriting policy gets modified.
• Sometimes the 2nd URL rewriting policy shows blank, as expected, to be filled with the needed values.

The behaviour when adding the second URL rewriting policy is inconsistent in the admin portal UI. However, the configuration history is correct.
