having the possibility of adding more than 5 app keys when using app id & key authentication

Relevant in case the Provider wants to maintain a single point of view per Partner (single app-id used in the backend service to provide conditional response) but allow the Partners to manage many deployments of the same app (multiple keys).
At the moment there is a limit of 5 app-keys per app-id which would need to be removed.
