WSDL to Relational Model Importer is not resolving element refs

When the importer found an element defined in this way:

<xsd:element maxOccurs="1" minOccurs="1" ref="ns1:MetadataFieldArray"/>

it's not following the ref to the actual declaration. An NPE occurs when the type for this element id referenced.
