Recursion limit spinner control,once set, won't go up

Executing the recursive text source test requires changing the limit from the default (5?) to 3 and. later. up to 4. Once its changed to 3 the up arrow on the spinner is disabled. Fortunately, you can type the number value in the control, so it's possible to continue.
