Roles Editor needs to handle XML Doc, and Web service models in addition to Relational

The Roles Editor allows creating and maintaining roles for relational tables. We need to be able to do the same for XML document models. A user should be able to indicate which documents in a doc model are accessible.

I'm guessing Web services will also fall into this category.
