Allow comments in Virtual Procedures

    Description

      We should allow comments to be written in virtual procedures, so that developers can include descriptive information about the behavior of their virtual procedure within the actual procedure. This is standard functionality in other stored procedure languages (PL/SQL, Transact-SQL) and developers expect it to be there in ours as well.
