UDF model file needs to bundled with VDB

    Description

      Currently (<6.3) the UDF model (FunctionDefinitions.xmi) file is supplied to Teiid Runtime separately. Starting with 7.0 release this file will be only accepted if it is bundled inside the VDB artifact. Designer needs to be modified to bundle this file inside the VDB.
