Could not change default server from Default Teiid Instance section if default is 7.7.x AS 5.1 instance

1) Created 7.7.x & 8.4 Final server instances

2) Started both and selected 7.7.x as default

3) Tried to Change Default... from the Default Teiid Instance section link but it just re-set it to 7.7.x

Workaround was to go to the Guides View Actions drop-down and select Teiid > Change Default server action
