Remove teiid engine and common-core jar locations from REST war wizard

    Description

      The RESTEasy war generation wizard asks the user to specify the locations of the Teiid engine and common-core jars. These are used in the compilation of the war's classes. This is unnecessary since the teiid runtime client's include the contents of both jars so add their plugin location to the compilation classpath instead.
