Failure to deploy webservice vdbs

Deployment of vdbs based on webservices, fail to become ACTIVE on a Teiid 8.2.Final server. It remains INACTIVE with an error of:

Using an old copy of the same vdb, deployment is successful. Taking the two vdbs to pieces shows the difference is between the contents of the indexes. The indexes differ by the inclusion of the version appended to the end of each line, ie. i09 v i10. The non-working version has i10 appended.
