The Test connection button in the WSProfileDetailsPage appears permanently disabled

This wizard page is part of the Web Services Data Source (SOAP) connection profile wizard. Once the details have been entered for the WSDL and its authentication credentials (if necessary), a button is available to test the connection before clicking 'finish'. Currently, this button is never enabled.
