When synchronizing all in the VDB editor is removing the mapped translator

When synchronizing all, the mapped translator is removed. This occurred regardless if I was connected to a running Teiid server. Also, I was initially mapping to a translator override, and that was being removed. I then tested using a non-overridden translator, and it was also removed.
