      The connector API must be modified such that it extends the JCA API

      This will enable Teiid Connectors be used as JEE Connectors in a JEE container. By the end it will pass as "JCA" connector with Teiid specific extensions (Current API). The Connector API base classes should provide skeleton adaptors for the JCA API.
