[TEIID-5342] If excel FIRST_DATA_ROW_NUMBER is past all rows, the last row is still used

The currentRow is still set even if no rows are valid from the sheet, so it will still get used.

Resolved in 10.3+ with ~~TEIID-4864~~. Addressed in older branches by just setting the current row to null.
