UDF model is being loaded even when it is not defined

The FunctionDefinitions.xmi file which denotes the UDF file is being loaded by the server even if the model file not available in the extension modules. Also, it logs an exception about not finding as error. Change it such that this model only loaded when such model is available in the extensions, otherwise log INFO message to the log.
