Add pagination capabilities to the LDAP connector

Active Directory (AD) appears to limit results to a max size of 1000. Any search against AD that returns more than 1000 results requires paging to be used to view the additional results [1]. In order for the LDAP connector to be useful within AD it would be helpful to have pagination capabilities.
