Analysis: "Upload Local Binary" fails if the source repo is empty

1. Create an Application Without a Source Code
2. Run Analysis and Choos "Upload  Local Binary" (use a valid file, like a valid JAR, so the upload to the bucket is successful).

Current Behaviour:
The Analysis files (see attached logs)
The UI link to not available so attached the hub response with all tasks

If it is the expected behaviour then it should be blocked in the UI
