Steps to reproduce:
1)Run assessment on an application
2)Once assessment is complete, try discarding it or copying it to another application.
(1.Click on the kebab menu of the application, 2.click 'Copy assessment' or 'Discard assessment') .

Observe that the 'Assessment status' for the application gets updated only after navigating away from the Application inventory -> Assessment page.
