We need a way how to deploy given number of bookinfo instances. Each instance will be dedicated to given group of tests to achieve isolation and avoid conflicts.

• each instance should be independent in separated namespace
• names should follow some pattern e.g. bookinfo_1, bookinfo_2 ... so it can be used by tests in a consistent way

To discuss - do we want to have separated jenkins job for that or do we want to implement the deployment as a pytest fixture?
