Description
In Workloads list and details page, the new icons are added for missing app or version label, also for missing sidecar.
UI automations need to be adjusted to read those icons, put appropriate boolean properties into Workload and WorkloadDetails objects and have them in validations with REST API/OpenShift result ones.
