• Duplicate ClowdApp/swatch-metrics, name the new ClowdApp swatch-metrics-rhel
  • e.g. KAFKA_SEEK_OVERRIDE_END gets a “RHEL_KAFKA_SEEK_OVERRIDE_END” counterpart and is used instead in the podSpec
• Update SPRING_ACTIVE_PROFILES in the deployment and job definitions
• Add additional template params as needed so the scaled independently

Verification

• Before changes: use internal API against each pod and inspect the kafka topics to see that the “metering-rhel-tasks” topic is unused?
  • make sure to not use the “synchronous” option when calling the API, because you won't be queueing metering tasks if you do that
• There's not much QE testing that can be done at this point, but added the qe label so they are at least aware when this change happens

Note: this file is already a defined resourceTemplate in app-interface.  This means that once the clowdapp gets defined here, it will land in environments as part of our regularly-scheduled release process.
