    Description

      Epic Goal

      • The goal of this epic is to ensure that 4.11 environments are ready for CSI migration which will happen after the 4.12 upgrade. This epic will perform pre-upgrade checks such as minimum vSphere version.

      Why is this important?

      • VMware CSI migration is planned for 4.12, we need to make sure that 4.11 upgraded cluster are ready for migration.

      Scenarios

      1. 4.11 clusters running on vSphere and going through 4.12 which will trigger the CSI migration

      Acceptance Criteria

      • CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
      • Release Technical Enablement - Provide necessary release enablement details and documents.

      1. deprecation of 6.7U3 in 4.10 and 4.11 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2065759

      Open questions::

      1. Need to define the actual 7.x minor version we want to enforce.
