While we want to eventually upstream the metrics being created with https://issues.redhat.com/browse/PLNSRVCE-1692 it is far too experimental to start engaging upstream with it, or include it the openshift pipelines operator deliverable.

That said, Konflux has a keen need for it as part of App SRE / Tiger Team sign off.

Per planning call today with sashture and rh-ee-ntatinen we agreed to open a simple SRVKP task to track my time spent on this Konflux dependency, vs. converting https://issues.redhat.com/browse/PLNSRVCE-1692 , its sibling stories, and its parent epic, to SRVKPs.
