S2I-Java Tekton Task fails connecting to Nexus Repository.

Description of problem:

Client is attempting to run the S2I-java Tekton Task to link their Nexus Repository.
They need the Task to interact with Nexus Proxy and Host repositories.

Cleint can do this using Maven Tekton Task using a configmap that contains the settings.xml file. However client is unable to do this with the S2I-JAVA Tekton task.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

OCP: 4.13.26

OSP : 1.12.2

Actual results:

S2I-java Tekton Task fails  with "Not authorized" error connecting to Nexus Repository 

Expected results:

S2I-java Tekton Task should run successfully connecting to Nexus Repository
