As of today, we do not enforce images are coming from Red Hat trusted (and supported) registries (like registry.redhat.io, quay, …).

This story is to add this enforcement (and update our internal tasks repositories to use them instead).

This might require us to productize some images at some point (the image we use in `task-git`, …)
