[vsphere] pvscsi ring vs replace with NVMe - performance testing

As a engineer in SPLAT determine if documented settings for pvscsi ring pages are increased it will provide a performance gain vs. a NVMe disk.

• Run benchmarks on: pvscsi ring: 8, 16, 24, 32 (https://access.redhat.com/solutions/495463)
• Run benchmarks on: nvme
• Compare and present results
