Description
As a openshift engineer test OKD 4.10/FCOS 35 (5.16.7) to make sure that vmxnet3 is supported with current
mitigations so customers don't hit a network issue with OpenShift.
OKD 4.9/FCOS uses 5.14 which contains a fix to the vmxnet3 udp offload problem.
Create a custom mco and release image to test this.
