Designate methods to configureFromPom and configureSettings from File or CL Resource

    Description

      We're presently using the same "configureFromPom" or "configureSettings" methods to accept String input denoting a File or a resource on the classpath (as denoted by a String prefix "classpath:" or "file:"). Instead split the methods to be clear:

      configureFromPomFile
configureFromPomResource
configureSettingsFromFile
configureSettingsFromResource
