Productization documentation overview

Go through the prod documentation and:

• make sure the requesting a brew tag is properly documented
• Document the meaning of indy-settings.xml, license-generator.properties, etc
• Document what should be done to build multiple projects for a product
• Document the role of build-for-artifact.py
