Add sample to demonstrate ESB proxy service around JAXWS service

Add an ESB example that shows how a BPEL process can invoke an ESB service, using the SOAPProcessor action to invoke a JAXWS service. This enables the ESB service to be a proxy, and perform other necessary tasks.
