The Client Registration CLI should support creating, updating and deleting clients through the client registration service via a CLI. It should support Keycloak client representation, OIDC client metadata and SAMLv2 entity descriptors. The first step would be to design a formal specification that can be reviewed by others prior to starting implementation.
