Manage perspectives: Refresh button is missing icon in IE 11

    Description

      Instead of an icon, there's a square which responds to the mouse click and hover over, which makes the button fully functional.
      The only problem is that the button is missing styling.

      Maybe related, all the buttons in the toolbar are missing colors in both, main and master details views.
